Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so by contacting us directly at customer.care@medinostic.com or calling us at

0347-4622226 and we would be happy to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

For Credit Card orders, if your order has been dispatched but not yet delivered, we will be able to offer you a refund once the undelivered parcel is returned to us within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
