To request a refund, simply email us your order details at email@example.com including the reason why you’re requesting a refund while attaching pictorial proof for our reference as well. We take customer feedback very seriously and we would use it to constantly improve our quality of service
Return & Exchanges Policy
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify us within 72 hours of having received your order and we would be happy to facilitate you with an exchange of product with equal value. If you would wish to get an exchange of a product with higher value, applicable difference would be charged with COD.
Please note that Medinostic.com will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 72 hours of having received your order.
If your order is unsealed upon delivery, please do not accept it from the rider and return it from your doorstep.
Medinostic will not be liable if an unsealed package is accepted from the rider upon delivery.
