Thank you for visiting and shopping at Medinostic. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on

weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, mobile network issues, or road blockages, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact and inform you via WhatsApp message, email, or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages

Medinostic is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before logging a complaint.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.
