Delivery timings are 3 – 5 working days for all major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas within Pakistan, whilst International deliveries may take up to 10 working days. Please note given the current ongoing circumstances, deliveries may face an extended lead time.

We do not offer returns unless the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our Team’s part. In such a situation, please contact our customer service department by emailing us pictorial proof of defected/incorrect product at EMAIL ADDRESS or calling us at LANDLINE or WhatsApp us at MOBILE within 7 days of purchase and we will facilitate respectively. Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used in the original transaction. For COD Orders we will deposit or send out a cheque
