Delivery timings are 3 – 5 working days for all major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas within Pakistan, whilst International deliveries may take up to 10 working days.

Once opened, it is not possible to exchange the product unless the product is found to be faulty, in which case we will collect the product in question and provide an exchange item free of charge.
We do not offer returns unless the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our Team’s part. In such a situation, please contact our customer service department by emailing us pictorial proof of defected/incorrect product at EMAIL ADDRESS or calling us at LANDLINE or WhatsApp us at MOBILE within 7 days of purchase and we will facilitate respectively.
Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used in the original transaction. For COD Orders we will deposit or send out a cheque
