Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Medinostic Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy for Free Delivery:

Free Shipping for selected products only; items will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.

Free shipping on 5 Liter Cans will be offered only on 100% advance bank payment and will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.

Shipment processing time:

All orders except for 5 Liter Cans are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders with 5 liters Cans are processed in 3 - 7 business days and are delivered separately. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Order detail(s) and tracking number if applicable.

MEDINOSTIC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MEDINOSTIC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact us within 72 hours.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan.
